Instructions

1. Prepare 3L of water in a pot and bring to a rolling boil over a high flame.
2. Put x1 pack of tapioca pearls into the boiling water.
3. Reduce to a low flame and stir occasionally for 10-30 minutes or until your desired chewiness.
4. Drain water and wash pearls
5. Soak the pearls in 150mL brown sugar syrup for a minimum of 20 minutes.
