5 Black or Green BBT Club Teabags
18g Creamer or 60mL of milk (or preferred milk choice)
15mL Fructose (Optional. Or any preferred sweetener)
½ cup of Ice (for serving)
3L Hot Water
Cooked Tapioca Pearls (Optional)
Jelly/ Popping Pearl Toppings (Optional)

Prep Toppings & Tea

Prepare the Pearls - Follow ‘How To Cook Tapioca Pearls’ guide
Place tea bags in 3L of hot water. Steep for 5-7 minutes (adjust steeping time depending on your preferences) and then remove tea bags.

Assembling Bubble Tea for Single Serve

Place half a cup of ice into a 500mL cup.
Stir or Shake in 18g (1 & ¼ TBSP) Creamer (or 60mL of milk of choice) with 15mL (1 TBSP) Fructose or any preferred sweetener together with the tea. Stir until dissolved.
Add in 2 TBSP of cooked Tapioca Pearls (Optional)
Add in 2 TBSP of Jelly or Popping Pearl Toppings (Optional)
